Retrospective Wellness Group is a newly operating consulting agency specializing in HCS, TXHML, CLASS waiver, and ICF services for Program Providers in the State of Texas. RWG assist Provider Agencies in the areas of quality assurance, provider crisis, personnel training, staff training, survey and audit preparation, development of policies and procedure, and more. We offer onsite and remote trainings for program administrators, nurses, case managers, direct support staff, Quality Assurance staff, and Behavioral Health consulting agencies.

Is a graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University with a BS in Psychology. Angelle also earned a Master’s Degree in Public Administration: Healthcare from Southern University A&M College, and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Louisiana State University. She has over 10 years’ consulting and provider relations experience working with persons with disabilities and mental health diagnosis. Angelle began her profession in IDD/MH services by working as a direct service staff in a group home setting throughout college for a provider. Angelle went on to hold varies positions including, but not limited to: Service Coordinator, QIDP, Training Coordinator, Director of Quality Assurance, Program Administrator (ICF/HCS), Crisis intervention Special, Behavioral Specialist, and Program Specialist IV (State Surveyor). Angelle has successfully held each position and has assisted Program Providers in delivering exceptional services to individuals and families served.

Angelle Harris,

Anne has served the at-risk population which includes but not limited to the IDD population for over 20 years. The 20 years of experience includes work with the local authority, private providers and as a state auditor. 

Anne has a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice; and a double masters recipient of Management and Health Care Management. Anne has worked as a HCS Case Manager, QIDP; Program Director for HCS, TXHmL, and ICF; an Executive Director for 3 counties that offered HCS, TxHmL, and ICF; and a surveyor for HCS and TxHmL programs.

Anne specializes in providing assistance with nurses with determining their role within the company, plan of corrections, in-service for all employees and contractors within a company, policy and procedure development, and also survey and audit preparation. She has been a consultant for all programs for the last 10 years.

Evelyn Haney  M.A, BCBA, LBA.

Behavioral Health Consultant

Evelyn has worked in the ABA field since 2010 and have been a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst since 2014. She begin working with adults and children with disabilities, with a focus on children with Autism and related disorders, while working on my master’s degree. She specializes in Early Intensive Behavioral Intervention for young children on the Autism Spectrum and food exposure training. Her experience includes ASD program and curriculum development as well as supervising Registered Behavior Technicians and candidates seeking BCBA Certification. 

 A true Lion at heart, she graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University with a bachelor’s and Master of Arts in Psychology. She obtained a Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida Tech Institute of Technology.  Prior to joining her current company, she worked as Behavioral Consultant for Tangipahoa Parish School System, Clinical Director of Autism Project in Jackson MS, and Clinical Supervisor at fellow ABA providers in DFW area. She has a strong passion for growing the BH field and expanding the accessibility of quality ABA services to individuals and families whom are more traditionally underserved.

Anne R. Tindle, MM

Senior Consultant

Shoshanna has worked in the Mental Health field since 2010.  She has worked with adults and children with disabilities, as a direct staff person. She specialized in integrating these individuals into the community. Her experience includes supporting families in the development of behavioral intervention techniques developed for optimal inclusion in family systems. She spent years supporting families and individuals in attaining services needed to assist them in being active members in their communities. 

Shoshanna is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. She hastily  worked as a Service Coordinator and a trainer in restraint techniques,  as well as a past program provider.

Racquel Nettles Johnson is a graduate of Southern University at New Orleans with a Masters in Social Work with a concentration in Mental Health.  She has over 10+ years of clinical experience across a variety of settings including outpatient specialty clinics, crisis intervention, and private practice. Racquel facilitates and specializes in implementing all provider training at various institutions (health care professions’ schools, organizations, societies, etc.) for individuals with IDD. She is committed to training health care providers and individuals  about the care of patients with disabilities.
