D’Monica Mack is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with 15 years of experience and the honor of working with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings, helping them cope and overcome some of life’s biggest obstacles. She specializes in Mental Health and Case Management services and is passionate about helping clients build resilience and achieve their goals.
Mack’s approach is strengths-based and client-centered, empowering individuals to recognize their potential. Mack is committed to creating a safe and supportive environment for her clients. Mack also has experience in Managed Care Organizations, hospitals, and community agencies, and is dedicated to advocating for social justice and promoting positive change.
A proud Baton Rouge native, Mack received a Bachelor of Social Work & Human Services (2010) from Southeastern Louisiana University and a Master of Social Work specializing in Children & Families (2014) from the University of Texas at Arlington. For the past 9 years, Mack has been employed with Aetna Texas Star Kids, gaining experience as a Service Coordinator, Behavior Health Clinician, Transition Specialist, Team Lead, and currently Associate Manager. Mack has been acknowledged for many accolades over the years and looks forward to continuing to contribute to the well-being of today's society and Retrospective Wellness's success.
