Insurance & Payment Policy
Retrospective Wellness Group accepts select insurance plans. Coverage may vary depending on your provider and the specific plan you have. We strongly encourage all clients to verify their mental health benefits directly with their insurance company before scheduling an appointment. Clients are responsible for any copays, coinsurance, deductibles, or services not covered by insurance.
If your insurance provider is not in-network with us, you may be eligible for out-of-network benefits. Upon request, we can provide a detailed “superbill” for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
For clients without insurance or those who prefer to pay privately, we offer a limited number of sliding scale appointments based on financial need. This helps make care more accessible while ensuring our ability to provide quality services. Sliding scale spots are limited and subject to availability.
All payments, including copays and out-of-pocket fees, are due at the time of service. We accept major credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and certain electronic payment options.
Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, which is not billable to insurance.
