
Natieli G. Pazdra is a bilingual healthcare professional with over 20 years of experience in community health. She is a Certified Community Health Worker (CHW) and a Certified Community Health Worker Instructor (CHWI) with specialized expertise in asthma, diabetes, behavioral health, and mental health.
Natieli has worked extensively with children, teens, and pregnant women, providing health education and care coordination. While at Texas Children’s Health Plan, she led asthma programs, taught the My Plate Challenge, and supported members with complex needs.
She holds a certificate in Medical Terminology, a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, and is pursuing a Bachelor’s in Healthcare Administration at Touro University.
