Safe Space Community – Terms & Conditions of Participation

By joining and participating in the Safe Space online community hosted by Retrospective Wellness LLC, you acknowledge and consent to the following terms:

1. Public Profile Visibility
   Your participation in Safe Space includes the creation of a member profile. This profile, along with any information you choose to share—such as your display name, photo, biography, and shared posts—will be visible to other registered members of the Safe Space community.

2. User-Generated Content
   Any content you post (e.g., videos, comments, photos, or written reflections) will be accessible to other members. Please only share information you are comfortable making visible within a peer support setting.

3. Respect & Responsibility
   By engaging in this space, you agree to respect others’ privacy and to engage in a supportive, nonjudgmental manner. Harassment, harmful behavior, or the misuse of others’ shared content is strictly prohibited.

4. Privacy & Data Use
   While Safe Space is a semi-private community (accessible only to registered users), it is not anonymous. Retrospective Wellness LLC does not sell or share your data with third parties. However, anything you choose to post or include in your profile can be viewed by fellow members.

5. Your Consent
   By continuing to use the Safe Space community page, you consent to your profile information, photo, and shared content being visible to other users of the platform. You may update or delete your information at any time through your account settings.
